Direct Sourcing From Trusted Farms
We procure raw makhana directly from trusted farmers in fertile growing regions. By working closely with cultivators, we ensure:
- Authentic produce
- Fresh harvest batches
- Better quality control
- Stable bulk availability
This direct sourcing model allows us to maintain transparency and competitive pricing.
Careful Cleaning & Quality Preparation
After sourcing, the raw makhana undergoes a carefully monitored cleaning and primary processing stage to ensure only premium-quality kernels move forward for grading and packaging. Each batch is handled with precision to maintain hygiene, freshness, and consistency throughout the process.
- Removal of dust and impurities
- Separation of broken pieces
- Initial grading based on size
This structured process helps maintain uniformity in every batch while ensuring the makhana meets high standards for retail, commercial, and export use. By focusing on cleanliness and consistency from the very beginning, we deliver products that are reliable, hygienic, and ready for further processing or packaging.
Grading & Sorting
The cleaned makhana is then graded into different categories:
- Premium Grade
- Standard Grade
- Commercial Grade
Each grade is sorted based on:
- Size consistency
- Color
- Breakage percentage
- Shape uniformity
This step ensures buyers receive exactly the quality they require.
Quality Inspection
Before packaging, every batch is inspected for:
- Moisture level
