Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product packaging is tampered with upon arrival
• Product received is defective or unfit for consumption
Reporting an Issue
We currently ship across most locations in India. Delivery availability may vary depending on theIf you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Order Number
• Photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue serviceability of your area by our logistics partners.
Refunds
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:
• A replacement product, or
• A refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Products consumed or partially consumed
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Requests made after the specified reporting period
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
